Who you are buying from

Quipwear is a brand operated by Mycelial Ventures LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States. When these terms say “we” or “us,” that is the company. Buying from this site means you accept these terms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and are set by us on the server — never by your browser. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and added on top of the listed price. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example if a product was mispriced, is unavailable, or we believe the order is fraudulent. Nothing is charged twice: a payment that succeeds creates exactly one order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — it goes from you to Stripe directly. You can read how we handle the information we do receive on our privacy page.

Made to order

Every item is printed after you order it by a print partner, and shipped directly to you. We hold no inventory. This shapes what we can offer on returns, which is set out in full on the returns and refunds page — read it before you buy rather than after.

We ship to the United States only. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

About the designs

Our designs are original work. They are commentary, satire and jokes about public events, institutions and public conduct — not statements of fact about any person, and not an endorsement or accusation of anyone. Every line is read and approved by a person before it is printed; nothing reaches a shirt automatically.

The designs, text and artwork on this site belong to us. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt, not a licence to reproduce the design. If you believe something here infringes your rights, tell us via the contact page and we will look at it properly and promptly.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.

What we do not promise

We will do our best to describe products accurately, but colours vary between screens and garments, and print placement has ordinary manufacturing tolerances. Beyond the remedies described in our returns policy and whatever your local consumer law grants you — which these terms do not reduce — our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you which that is. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
