Please include your order number

It is on your order confirmation email. With it we can see exactly what happened to your shirt; without it we are searching by memory. If your question is about a fault or damage, attach a photo — it is what the print partner needs to approve a replacement, and sending it up front removes a round trip.

Before you write

Two questions come up constantly and both already have answers:

• Returns and refunds — what is covered, what is not, and how long you have.
• Terms of sale — how orders, pricing and shipping work.

Press, rights and everything else

Same address. If you believe a design infringes your rights, say so explicitly and tell us which product — we will look at it properly rather than filing it behind support tickets.
